The Inclusion, Equity, Diversity, Accessibility, and Anti-Oppression portfolio at QFIN is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible fashion community. Recognizing that the fashion industry has historically excluded many voices, I-EDIAA works to ensure that QFIN’s culture, programming, and communications reflect principles of representation and accountability, in alignment with Queen’s University’s broader commitment to equity and inclusion

This includes reviewing and editing QFIN’s blogs, newsletters, and written content through an I-EDIAA lens, as well as informing events, partnerships, and internal practices. Through ongoing reflection, collaboration, and intentional action, I-EDIAA supports initiatives that challenge systemic barriers and promote equity across the organization, while remaining informed by wider industry efforts toward ethical and inclusive fashion
